Taylor Fugate, APRN

I was born and raised in Hazard, Kentucky, and I’m proud to care for the people of the community I’ve always called home. As a nurse practitioner with the ARH Endocrinology Team, I provide care for patients managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal conditions, osteoporosis, and other hormone-related health concerns.

I believe quality healthcare starts with listening to my patients, understanding their individual needs, and creating care plans that fit their lives. As a proud member of the ARH Care Network, I work alongside healthcare providers across the ARH system to help coordinate care, connect patients with the services they need, and support their overall health and well-being.

Outside of work, I’m a Christian, wife, and proud mom of four beautiful children. My family is my greatest blessing and a big part of what makes caring for others so meaningful to me. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve my hometown and help my patients feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.
