Increase triage rooms so the wait time won't be so long

I could not say because everyone did their jobs to perfection. This is not my first experience doing chemo with the market cancer center at 12 years ago. I had breast cancer and was treated by some of the same people that treated me today. I'm so glad we had the cancer clinic here that's associated with the cancer senior in Lexington. It's a very good place to be when you have cancer, I like all the doctors. They're all smart and caring and I'm proud to say that I'm being taken care of by some of the best. .

One of the receptionist was eating lunch in front of the patients and you could smell the food (Taco Bell). As a previous chemo patient I found this to be very unprofessional. At one time she was chewing her food while registering a patient.

The most professional staff that I have encounter. The high rating of this MD is so true.

Just add a cherry on top. It was perfect
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/29/2024
The thing that I would like to have done better is I had a resident come in and talk with me about 90% of the time and then the doctor himself only came in for just a couple minutes for maybe 10% of my visit. I felt like that was a little bit off kilter. That's the only thing. I do feel like I'm getting good care though. Just would like to see the doctor more involved with my visit as opposed to having a resident person who's in training ask me all what I thought would have been the pertinent questions. So that's it.

I cannot think of a thing that can be done at this time to make it better. Everyone in this staff are great people to work with and great people to be around. They are doing a great job in their profession. I have and will highly reccomend them to anyone. Whether its my family or anyone. I have been dealing with the Cancer Center since March of 2013 and have had nothing buy great experience with all of them.
