    Hi. The only thing that I can say that I would work on would be the wait time to see the doctor. That was extremely long and I was in a lot of pain and had to sit in that chair and my wheelchair for a long, long time to get to see him. But once I did, everything was fine and I really liked the doctor and I would recommend him to anybody that needed his help. But the wait time was the problem for me. But like I said, I was in a lot of pain. That's it.

    The wait time is ridiculous. My appointment was at 10:20 and I wasn't seen till 1:00. I think the office way overbooks patients. I know they have a high volume but that's still a long time to wait.

    The wait time was long but considering how busy it was, it was understandable. We drove over two hours and mad it a few minutes early for my appointment but was never seen until 2 hrs passed my appointment. The staff was excellent, no complaints. This office was extremely busy and needs help with patient load or to schedule fewer daily appointments.

    Dr. Royalty was very caring and listened to everything I had to say. He is the first doctor to really listen and wants to really help me! I'm very happy and will stay with him for sure. ?

    The doctor I saw was just fine. The waiting time was extremely long. If anybody was in pain or hurting at that time, it would have been really hard on them to stay. That's why I've chosen not to go through with my surgery there because the waiting time and so many people, there just was too many arms in the thar, and it just was totally uncalled for.

    Wait time. My appointment was at 11:15. I got in a room 4 hours later and finally finished an hour later. So I was there approximately 5 hours total.

    Our appointment was at 9:40am. Didn't see doctor until around 1:00. Way too long to see doctor. Stop over scheduling or get more help

    I don't know if I filled out all of them right or not because I seen the doctor. I did see a nurse too, but I seen the doctor. And everything was excellent. I went in there on a wrong day and they took me in anyway. It was just excellent. The whole visit was. From the time I went in to the time I went out. Thank you.

    Everything was wonderful. If I had to change one thing, it would have been the waiting room seating. Currently, each side of the room is facing the center. Maybe I'm just awkward, but I don't like feeling like half of the room is looking at me. I think changing the seats to all face the reception desk would alleviate that.

    Everything went really well except for the wait time. It seemed that the appointment didn't matter. It still took hours to get in to get everything done, to see the doctor.

    Wait times are astronomical . 5 hours before I was even in an examination room. This is not normal, high volume and wait times are not a correlation especially when taking appointments. Would recommend restructuing scheduling and or office manager

    To improve things, you need to cut down on customer wait time. I had to, me and my uncle had to wait almost four hours to get to see the doctor. They schedule too many patients too close together and everybody is bunched up together in a little room. But the treatment there is great. They're really nice. The doctor is great. The nurses are wonderful.

    Everything was really good. He was a very good doctor. He is very explanatory, he can tell us everything that we needed to know. The only thing that I would ever have a complaint about was my appointment was at 10:30. We didn't get in there, we sat there for a 2 1/2 hours before we got to be called back. That's the only complaint I would have in that doesn't really have anything to do with him, I guess they just over booked. Alright. Thank you.

    Nothing, everyone was great from front desk check in, especially the girl that did my vitals to putting me in the room, getting my x-rays, and then the doctor came in. And then I was given my surgery date, to being checked out. I could not have asked for a better treatment.

    Doctor to tell me information about my shoulder n don't put on my paperwork that he told me I could return to work when he didn't tell me I could return to work. Doctor don't need to put thing on my paperwork when he did t tell me . Don't lie on paperwork

    The wait was ridiculous, I was there from 11:15 to 4:20. An seen the dr maybe 10 minutes if that much . The dr was in a major hurry wouldn't say he listen to the exact place of the pain an he made a follow up appt but I will not come back for that even if the prescription do work due to the wait an time with dr

    I can honestly say I think Dr Royalty may be you best Dr! It took only a few minutes for me to be comfortable that he had my best interest and that he knew exactly what I needed. Very satisfied with my care.

    This office has the rudest bunch of people working in it. I had told them 3 times before about my problem and situation. They still wrote down what they thought was wrong. They did not update my information like I asked them when I had first called. At this point the woman was telling me they couldn't get ahold of me because my information hadn't been updated. I was then ignored when i threw an attitude back to them the way they were doing me. I actually heard a nurse tell another nurse that she did not care about the woman that had been sitting the waiting room for over an hour. Her words not mine. I looked at my husband and said that is exactly what is wrong with this place. She looked at me and went out to the waiting room and then helped that woman.

    You one thing I would improve upon is the amount of time that you can, it takes to see him. It was... it was months that it took to get in to see him. He... get, he's probably got too many patients but... it did took months to get to see him. Thank you. Bye.
