You can never get through on that phone line. No one ever answers the office phone.

There have been some miscommunication for appointments. I was scheduled and the Dr. wasn't there and no one called to tell me....so I showed up for my appointment and found out the Dr. wasn't there that day. ( the Dr. had ask me if I was called...I said no....the Dr. shook his head.

Yeah, I had an appointment at 930 to check my nails, my toenails. It took about a month to get in and when I went in, I was twenty minutes early. They took me in the office and, you know, checked my blood pressure and stuff. Then the doctor, he came out and said he was running me off. He said the tubes was tied up and I waited like forty-five minutes. You know, when I come back, they said it's still tied up and I offered to wait longer and the doctor said I have to go to lunch. I ain't got time, other word, to foley right now. So they was supposed to give me another appointment, but I don't want one there.

Dr.Calhoun is medically savvy. I went to him for toenail trimming, explained to him about the last 2wreks , the pain I was in in my leg , he barely feather touched it , I went thru the roof in pain, he sent me to the ER on suspicion of a blood clot in my leg...... He was right, he even came in to see if I was ok in the hospital

He was very stern, very good bedside manners. You could understand him very well. And I would extremely recommend him to my family or my friends.

I am so pleased with the care I received from Dr Calhoun who was so professional and concerned about my foot problems. It is wonderful to have an excellent doctor so close to home. There is nothing that could have been improved.

You couldn't help the weather. Also my car wouldn't start because my battery cable was loose. A maintenance man fixed it. I hope he won't get in trouble for doing it. I would've had to wait 2 hrs or more for my son. I say thank you again to him.

Absolutely nothing! My experience was great.

First visit was rescheduled and then canceled at the last minute. And I have a family who also had a visit rescheduled and canceled. That's the only thing I can think of is not being able to keep the appointments that's been scheduled.

I was very satisfied with my experience with this first time visit.

The doctor did very well on everything except he didn't listen to some of my questions very well.

Only problem is when you try to contact this office, no one will answer their phones. I had to call another office to ask about my appointment time and making sure I was able to come in. And on arrival there are workers sitting at the desk. My daughter has had the same complaints as well, as other remarks from different people. This is really a big issue that needs to consider being addressed to the full intent. I understand they have many calls coming in. But this is also a major concern at other offices also. This is my only complaint that I have. Thank you.

Hi, this is(name redacted) and I had a very good experience with Dr. Calhoun he was very, thorough very confident, even noticed some things that I didn't know about. He wouldn't find a (redacted), so he's got me scheduled for a test for that, on the 18th of this month. I couldn't ask for a better doctor at all. Thank you.

He was real good. He listened to us. He was real nice. This is the third time I've (name redacted) This is the third time I've seen him. He knows what he's doing, and I would recommend him to anybody 'cause he's a real good doctor and he's a real good person.

Nothing that I can think of. Dr. Richard Calhoun answered all my questions and helped me with my foot problem. Very nice and bedside manner doctor. Glad to find a caring doctor that is concerned about my foot. Will most definitely come back to see him if need!
