Absolutely nothing. From the moment I placed the initial call for appointment from the time I walked out the door from my appointment. Which btw was maybe 7 days apart. Amazing how fast I was able to get an appointment, especially as a new patient! Rebecca and the entire staff were perfect! They represent ARH and it's values well:)

I've never seen an actual doctor. I've only seen a nurse and a nurse practitioner. They were absolutely amazing, but as far as Dr. Akers is concerned, I have no idea because I have not met the woman. The front desk was very helpful, but unfortunately this office does not offer the services that I'm really interested in getting. Which is why I would only somewhat recommend it to other people.

The visit that I had was remarkable. Ms. Rebecca Akers and her assistant and even my nurse that was checking me in before all that, she was, everyone was wonderful. The one thing that I would change and make better is the size of the paper garment that we're having to wear during the procedure. I would make it bigger. I'd have like bigger sizes for bigger people. But that's about it. Everything else was great. Thank you.

I was satisfied with the whole visit, no changes from my visit.

After the nurse placed us in the exam room, we waited almost an hour before the provider came in to see us.

I love the people. All the staff were nice, professional, and very attentative. The staff take the time to listen to me. The office and exam rooms were very clean.

Not a single thing at all. I was met quickly and with amazing courtesy from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. The entire staff was absolutely amazing.

My only teeny tiny complaint was that I had the first appointment but I sat in the room undressed for about 30 minutes. I would've felt more comfortable if I was asked to undress a few minutes before the clinician actually came into the room so I wasn't sitting there naked and cold. But the overall experience was amazing! I hadn't been there since I had my son almost 8 years ago so I was definitely pleased with the overall atmosphere and friendliness of everyone I encountered.

The the people there is very nice and very friendly like I didn't go or imagine being seen by anyone else about else other than Rebecca, but she's very nice and sweet, kind, caring, and she actually listens since she cares about your health. And your female parts and whatever else that she needs to do. You know, she's an amazing person at all of people there. Is amazing, kind, caring and all that. Like I don't have no complaints about them. They're all amazing and I would definitely keep going to them until my day is

The Women's health site in downtown Middlesboro is a hidden gem for the Middlesboro ARH. They need to be advertised more and used mor often by our community. It has a very clean and professional appearance. The staff was very helpful. The wait was minimal. I was very impressed with them. Please advise this place more. I will be.

Don't tell people they're pregnant when they're not.

Nothing that I can think of. Everything was smooth and everyone was polite and understanding. Done everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me that I asked about in a great way.

I waited a bit long after getting undressed. About an hour.

Wasn't real comfortable with the students in the room. But I did agree to have them present.

Nothing! Easy check in, great front office employee. Everyone in the office and the provider were amazing.

A medical asisstant/nurse did not know I was in the room and walked in thinking the room was empty. It was not a huge thing; however, I could have been getting undressed at that moment which would've been uncomfortable. Not a major issue, just something that could be improved on!

This was my first visit to this office and my first meeting with Rebecca Akers. First impressions are important and no one involved there let me down. The lady behind the registration desk was immediately friendly and welcoming. Since everything is computerized, checking in was quick and effortless. My lobby wait was very short. My exam room wait was also short. Ms. Akers was super nice and friendly treating me with utmost respect and concerned attention. She listened attentively to my health concerns, answered all my questions professionally and offered great advice, options and counseling. My whole experience at the women's clinic was very positive and I would recommend all the staff and especially Ms. Akers to women of any age having female health problems and concerns. I will definitely use their services in the future if needed.
