Time I had to wait for fusion.

Not have to wait 1.5 hours after the time of my appointment to see the doctor

Everything was just fine, very very well-pleased and my visit couldn't have gone any better!! Keep up the excellent work!!!!

Everybody was respectful. I was treated real nice with everyone, including the girl that took the blood. So that's, I would recommend them for anybody.

Everyone at the cancer center is great people they was so good to me and my wife great people

There is nothing that could have been done to improve on my visit. I have seen Dr ElSoueidi for 14 yrs. and not trade him for any other oncologist. He is very thorough and takes time to answer questions that I have.

Wait time

Excellent on friendliness, cleanliness, helpfulness, nursing staff, everyone. The thing that could be done better is the time that you wait from wait time from when you sign in being called back to get your IV for your iron infusion and then the time that you have to wait when you get in to where you get your infusion for the pharmacy to bring your iron infusion to you. That's the only improvement.

Nothing my visit was everything I expected and more.

It is always great treatment when I visit

I'm not sure how many patients had 8:00 appointments and how many were walk ins but the waiting room was almost completely full at 8:04 while standing in line to register. If that many people had appointments at the same exact time, they need to spread times out more so there is less wait time.

I would like for my provider treat you with better bedside manner.

I have never been treated better in my life than I have with my visits over at the Cancer Center. From the doctor to the nurse to the staff, I would recommend it to all my family and all my friends. Thank you much.

Was just a quick first visit

Was taken in exam room on time. But waited for 50 mins. Until the doctor came in the room

We have been going to this center for over three years. We are extremely satisfied with the care provided. The staff are some of the finest people you could find anywhere. No suggestions for improvement at this time.

Little bit less wait time from pharmacy for infusion. One hour infusion with 2 hours wait time to get meds to start infusion.

The time between meeting with md and when orders were fixed to start my I've infusion. Got there at 9 infusion was able to be started till 12. He may have gotten busy with another pt and didn't have a chance to put in the order to infuse.

The visit was exceptional in every way - friendly staff, extremely accommodating, and eager to set my mind at ease by giving me all the resources I need for a continued and successful recovery. Thanks to everyone there for such amazing consideration!

The wait time was too long. We waited over an hour to be called back.

I get there on time or earlier, get weighed in and bp etc. Then get stuck in a room for an hour

The pharmacy brings the medicine faster.

They were excellent with me. They were very caring to me.

Dr. Elsoueidi is a very, very good doctor and he's a caring doctor.
