Nothing, everyone was very nice and treated me with respect.

The only thing I think you could do is schedule an appointment so you could get in in a more timely manner. Our appointment, we were about over an hour late. So that's all.

Vibrating recliners in the waiting room would be nice. Just a thought

Just shorten the wait time, it's too long. Otherwise, everything's great. Dr. Haddadin's a really great doctor.

Go over Ct scan more throughly

There should be a directory at the door. My appointment was on the second floor at the end of the hall and I had to hunt through the entire building to find it.

I had a hard time getting in to see the doctor, but everything else went well.

I had to wait almost two hours to see the doctor and that's entirely too long. They need to do something about that because sitting in those chairs in the waiting room, I have a lot of back trouble and that was really, really hard on my back.

All did very well. They took very good care of me

Decrease the wait time, they called, I have a 1:15 appointment. They called tell me to be there at noon and I'm there at noon and I still get in and see the doctor at a quarter to two, a half an hour after my original point, appointment time. So the staff is getting people in early for appointments and then we just have to wait or something like that. Anyhow, the wait time is annoying, very annoying.

Dr. Haddadin is one of the greatest doctors that I have ever talked to. Very kind, considerate, interested in what's going on with in your health, life and answers any questions that I ever ask thoroughly and whatever and will say, now, is that all you need to know or do you need to know something else? And then, other times he will elaborate on some things that are wrong with me or whatever and I appreciate him very much. I couldn't have a better lung doctor.

The wait to see the doctor is absolutely TOO long!!!
