Everyone was kind and courteous. They all worked in an organized and professional manner. The wait time was minimal yet I didn't feel rushed when it was my term to see the doctor. I was treated as I would expect in a caring manner and was given time to express my concerns and get the feedback and treatment plan I needed.

Visit was quick and staff nice and knowledgeable.

I can't think of a thing. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm extremely happy with this provider and each staff member that I came in contact with!

Lots of walk ins. Increased wait time somewhat. Felt as though Nicole was rushed for the first time. Front desk lady very accommodating but quite slow.

I don't have anything to say besides I started seeing Dr.Burchett when she was in Salyersville and I was so pleased on how caring, sweet, kind and very thorough on keeping me healthy with my (redacted) and health over all. I absolutely love my doctor and couldn't ask for a better one!

I can't think of one thing! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and courteous. I have to add also that I have had several physicians over the past few years and Nicole Burchett is the first to listen to me and honestly cares about what I have to say. She attentive to my concerns and did everything within her power to make sure when I leave I am comfortable and all of my questions have been answered. She's Amazing!
