Really couldn't think of anything specifically, all went well, and I was very satisfied with my doctor and nurse,(name redacted). They both very thorough with their questions, and helpful with any questions that I had. I actually enjoyed my visit with them!

This doesn't really answer the question, but I do have a little trouble understanding Dr. Patel because of his accent.

I had full satisfaction of the visit - proper care and attention have been given. I was treated with respect. Additionally, the Doctor answered questions subsequently too and even after working hours. I am impressed and unable to think any one thing that can be improved.

The Summers County office is wonderful! You may want to consider improving your Beckley staff. Dr Patel is an awesome Dr with a great bed side manner. I travel to Summers county to stay out of the Beckley clinic.
