The staff are very personable and professional. Melanie is a great provider. She has been caring for me for several years, and I wouldn't want to see anyone else. She understands my health issues and knows how to treat them, and she always follows up the day after or the next day via phone to check on me and see how I'm doing. Melanie is a great provider.

I love my (name redacted) She listened and very courteous. The only issue I have is that I would like to be informed of my test results from the ultrasound and the blood work as soon as possible. I don't know if that's her or the hospital, but she was amazing. Thank you.

There needs to be more options for specialty services. I tried the pain and headache medicine in Hazard, the doctor and nurse practitioner neither one try to help you, and also filled out a PA wrong for something as simple as lidocaine patches. They do not treat you with respect and I would love to have other options.

I can't think of a thing they could do and prove. They treat me with courtesy. They're very efficient, and I get the medication I need on time when I need them. I wouldn't change a thing. And they are all good nurse practitioners, and I think the world of the nurse, they're all the front desk girls, are just right very efficiently. And thank you very much for calling me.

The phlebotomist that took my blood was very rough and did not use a proper technique and only used one glove.

Our bills are, are not explained to us accurately. We had all kinds of trouble getting billed and we pay a co-pay and still we get billed, saying we owe it. The office there don't seem to, seem to know anything about it. They tell her don't worry about it, and yet, we get letters threatened to turn us into the credit union, I mean the credit bureau. And, it's disheartening I tell you. That's the only disadvantage I see about it. I'm disqualified, I'm dissatisfied with that. Thank you very much.
