I cannot think of any way in which my experience can be improved. While I never find a trip to a physician pleasurable, Dr. Turner makes the whole thing bearable.

I honestly do not believe any improvement is needed.

Not a thing! Everyone in this office are professional and do their job! Now the billing 22 dollars when i have zero copay for humana Medicare needs to go!

I enjoyed my visit. I mean, I didn't have to wait long. Dr. Turner and his staff are very competent and courteous and I'm always satisfied. And I got another appointment when I needed one. I like Dr. Turner and his staff very much.

Move the scale to a more private area

Trying to make an appointment it's hard to get through by phone.

My appointment was managed well. From the time I checked in, to checking out- the flow was steady and thorough. This was my first visit and I hope I have found my new PCP. I can't give any recommendations for improvements at this time. Very pleased.

Wait time was not excessive but longer than told at check in.

Nothing comes to mind. My experience with Dr. Turner was as good an experience as I have had with ANY physician. I would recommend Dr. Turner and the practice to anyone.

Doctor needs to be understanding of a geriatric patients needs and the special problems that occur with aging.

Yeah. I love Dr. Turner. He's a great doctor. The only thing is, I just feel like, I should maybe get a little bit more time. I know, he's a busy man, but, you know, it would really help for me to like, you know, get... get a little bit more time to explain more things, what's going on and that's pretty much it.
