    The staff from the front to the nurses to the doctor are excellent. They've cared for me and my family for years and they are spot on and knowing exactly what we need. As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing they could do to improve because they're already 10 plus.

    I did a telehealth appointment which I feel is amazing especially for people that just needs refills or people who dont have transportation to and from the office. I feel like there should be a certain time that is your appointment instead of waiting all day on the telehealth appointment. But with school full time and a momma of three and a busy schedule I truly appreciate telehealth

    My original appointment was canceled without no notification to me. Drove an hour to see a provider. The staff was not apologetic

    Difficult to find the clinic driveway. Had to drive through a junk yard . Odd. Road sign was difficult to read.

    Trying to get an appointment was very hard because when I called there no one would answer. Once I got there for the appointment, the care was excellent for Mary and the nursing staff.

    Had to call lab at harlan dbc there is no number to connect for lab extension on phone program you have to get operator to connect

    Mary sent for my test results and the lab was supposed to send them, but there must have been a problem. We didn't get them and Mary was supposed to call me. I haven't heard a thing.

    They scheduled me an appointment at 8 a.m., the doctor didn't come in till 9 a.m. So I had to sit there an hour waiting on her
