Wait time

My experience during this visit was excellent. Staff needs to continue their service as they do at present time. Excellent service provided by all that I came in contact with during my visit.

Nothing. Everything was done accordingly.

Nothing. This office has the best staff I have ever dealt with.

I have no commentary for important because I thought the appointment went excellent.

Time that people have to wait I think one day a week should be set up for walk ins only so they don't have to wait so long , especially ones with new breaks, sprains, torn ligaments, or whatever, but over all great place Dr's and staff

All of the staff were exceptionally respectful and very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this doctor and his team to anyone needing quality care

If you have an X-ray you shouldn't have to have it redone again

Kristen Jones was very courteous and nice. I am looking forward to following up with her again. However there was another PA that came in prior to her. I unfortunately do not know her name, nor do I think she gave it. She was unprofessional and rude to me. She showed little caring and was patronizing. I pray I do not see her again.

It's the first time they've never took vital signs. I think they could improve that.

Nothing everyone I saw and waited on me were very courteous and very nice and helpful.

The only thing that's off putting was that the triage person taking vitals had a large vape pen on her desk. It was very obvious. I know that a lot of young athletes and children come to this office and how hard as a community we are trying to combat juvenile vape use I felt it in appropriate.

WHEN YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TIME YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT 2 TO 3 HOURS TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTED TIME

Get a appointment sooner.instead waiting a while for it. IT took me a about 3 weeks to get one. I been there before and I really like the place. And it didn't take me long to get a appointment either the first time I was there.

Sometimes wait times are long.

I had lost my wallet on the way to the appointment. The staff demanded hard copies because they were a specialist. It didn't matter that they had the information in the computer and then demanded that when I got the copies that I immediately bring them in for them to copy.

This was actually one of the fastest appointments that I have ever had there. Wait time was very minimal.

Kristen Jones is wonderful. She always explains everything and has such a great rapport with her patients. She works very hard to see her patients in a timely manner but also makes sure they get the care they need.

Not one thing They were very polite and kind and I would refer everyone to them. They are wonderful and Dr Royalty is wonderful

Shorten the waiting time!

What you've done really well is that the patients or the way that the doctors and the nurses dealt with the patients, they were really kind, they were really quick and they was definitely doing their job to the best of their ability. But what you could improve on, especially in that office, is having more room for the patients because we're really, really close quarters and they're lining out the hallway. So you need more room for the patients to wait on the doctor.

You can lower your prices for somebody on a fixed income. It's very hard even with Medicare to meet the extra money.

I have to say I was satisfied! Everyone was friendly and that made me feel more at ease! Thank you!

I was treated very well. The wait time was very little. I was treated with respect. The nurses explained everything and took it all down. The doctor done everything. She stayed quite a while with us, probably 40 minutes, but she done great.

My only complaint is that when I make an appointment with a certain doctor that is who I expect to be able to see and not someone different..if a certain doctor has done surgery then that's who needs to be seen until completely released..during my time I've seen 2 other doctors/nurses that did not do my surgery. I have no doubt they aren't capable of aftercare, but my preference is to see the doctor from beginning to end that actually done surgery. Overall everyone was friendly except for the clerk at window when leaving, not only with me but with others I noticed she seemed to take out her frustrations of maybe having a bad day..at one point one of the other docs I had seen suggested that I could see him in hazard instead of coming to Prestonsburg, when I asked the woman at the checkout window for his number she said well you have to go in as a walk in and I asked again for his number there, she said well I'll give it to you but good luck if you can reach them..

Less time waiting to be seen

The wait time is the hardiest but they are great doctors and staff it's worth the wait. We are blessed to have them.

I was satisfied with my visit. Also, that there is a plan to try to solve what my issue is.

Everyone, all the health workers were very nice, but the only thing is my first appointment I had to sit there like six hours and wait, and that was very hard on the person who brought me, including myself, waiting that long.

Dr royalty , his team are the best hands dwn. They're extra talented , go above , beyond for their patients.

The wait time was the only issue we had. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't what we had expected. We were very appreciative of how well our doctor explained everything to us and how easy she made it to understand.

I think the wait time is to long. She's already good doctor, but I think they schedule too many people at the same time. There's about 30 to 40 people. And you get to ask around they got the same time. I don't think that's right.
