I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Doctorate in Social Work and certification as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), and a proud member of the ARH Care Network. I have years of experience providing outpatient behavioral health services and leading clinical care as a Clinical Director. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that everything changes, change is a natural and necessary part of life, and that change can be positive. I work with clients, meeting them where they are, to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based strategies. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and equipped to move forward with confidence.
