Less wait time

I arrived an hour and 15 min early because I wasn't sure where facility was and weather. The front desk clerk failed to check me in. She gave me the papers with medical info to complete and give to nurse. After an hour I went and asked if she checked me in and she rudely stated "No and you didnt see me when you got here" and I told her yes I did and she gave me the papers. She was very rude even though obviously it was her who was suppose to check me in. I was very upset about the way I was treated.

Walk me to the car with an umbrella! It was raining when I left!

Nothing visit went good.

Visit was confusing. Thought I was going for a biopsy of a bump on my tongue, but nurse thought I was there for a hearing test. Why did I answer all the medical history questions for a hearing test. Doctor looked at my tongue and said it didn't look bad, but would give me a hearing test if I wanted. I was relieved that he said the bump didn't look malignant.

Time management, office staff and Dr were all professional and cognizant of my time.

Don't push twice on a sore place that brought me off of the table.

Actually listen to my medical problems I am having , instead of giving the standard answer . I don't think he actually listened to what I was trying to tell him .I feel like it was wasted time and money .

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30. I didn't get called back until after 10.

Dr. Douglas did seem to listen and understanding explain things well, but he didn't exactly address my main complaint which is still ongoing.

How you can improve is that I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, and I needed to see the doctor right away. I think you should schedule people sooner, and that would be an improvement.

I got in to see the Dr very quick I didint wait very long in the waiting room and I didint wait long for him to come in and see me he is a wonderful man and very polite he run test in my throat and showed me what was wrong with me and he explained my problem very well and I under stood every thing he explained to me and I need surgery and looking foreward getting surgery done he is a respectfully polite Dr I will recommend him to every one

Yes, I would have liked to had a sooner appointment. It seems like you have to wait too long to get appointments with him. I have questionable, thyroid cancer and the longer I had to wait the more anxious I got and I did ask for a sooner appointment, then they said none was available. I just would have liked to had an appointment sooner than the one I got.

It's very strange to come into the lobby of the actual doctor's office and not have anyone acknowledge that you're there. I didn't like it. Even though everyone was nice in the office after you get thru, it just feels unfriendly, or unwelcoming. Not sure how to put it.

Absolutely nothing, he was very understanding and explained very thing that was going on. The next step we would take, very respectful.

I didn't feel listened to. Things I said seemed to get overlooked. I also don't believe that the note the doctor put in my chart after our appt accurately depicted the way the appt went/what was discussed. I left my appt feeling frustrated and somewhat hopeless. I do think the doctor had a friendly disposition overall, but that my concerns just weren't taken seriously.

I love this office and staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
