The front office clerk should pay more attention to the patient and not discuss other things and people while the patient is standing waiting to be checked in and while being checked in. Explain what the patient is signing not just sign for me.

Everything was perfect. Dr. Echeverria, (names redacted) are so kind, patient and they always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They are the BEST! I love them like family. (name redacted) at the reception desk is a sweetheart too. No complaints at all.

It's was kinda warm in my room, waiting on the doctor. But it was a warm winter's day outside so hard to judge temps inside this time of year. Also they have to close the door for privacy. So it's not an easy fix.

Definately professionals here. Don't know anything that could have been any better. Thank you and God Bless each of you.

It all went well

Dr. Jose Echeverria's nurses were great and the doctor is probably one of the best doctors you've got there. If not the best he listens to me and gives me the upmost best care and attention. Every time I can see him bless him and his staff.

The clinic is closed from 12-1, this is very inconvenient for patients to either ask questions or make appointments. Perhaps this could be re-visited and another solution could be implemented. Thanks

Was great...

The doctor needs to take the time to talk to patient about what is failing them. 3 minutes isn't enuff. This was a joke. The nurse and front desk staff spend more time with me than the doctor. My health concerns and ailments weren't all addressed. Whole appointment was a joke.

I would refer the DBC to most people but I wouldn't refer this particular provider.

Everything was perfect. Dr Echeverria and his nurses are the best. They all take good care of me.

Excellent Physician Dr.Echeverria, he's very professional. The staff that works with him are always helpful, nice and caring . The front desk receptionist is so nice as well, she always greets everyone with a smile.

Dr. Echeverria has learned my personality, my desire for preventive medical attention, and has demonstrated that when I need to talk about an issue, he is ready to hear it.
