I wish Dr Lyons was still at Prestonsburg location. I didn't like to have to drive all the way to Harold just to get my bloodwork. Hard to build up your patients when he's relocated all the time. I Love Dr Lyons but will probably try to find me a doctor who practices in Prestonsburg

Keep an X-ray tech there

Yes, they were very courteous. The nurses were very nice, which I've loved them for quite a while now. And the doctor, oh my goodness, he is wonderful, absolutely wonderful. He takes care of my health tremendously. I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you.

Jonathan is a very good doctor. He knows his medicine. He knows his patients. And I would recommend him highly to anybody that I know, family wise or neighbors.

I don't see any room for improvement. As, the old saying goes if it ain't broke don't fix it. Dr. Lyons is a true professional who really cares about his patients and it shows. He makes me feel like family. It's not like going to a doctors appointment it's more like going to see a family member. Thank ARH for providing Dr. Lyons to take care of not just me, but the communities health care needs.

The receptionist can be a bit rude when making appt or even when the doc asks to make a different appt she complains about it the entire time. I feel this is very unprofessional.

Dr. Lyons and his staff were very professional and respectful. They showed real concern for my initial visit and happy to see me as a new patient. After registering I was taken in quickly to a room and didn't wait long at all until I saw the doctor. This is a great clinic and Dr. Lyons is amazing and so is his staff
