The bad thing was administration looked at my chart and wouldn't let the drs or nurses give me my daily meds because they determined I was treatable at home , I only got 2 bags of iv antibiotics because I was listed as observation instead of admitted , my sugar went up to 383 and I didn't even receive insulin for it until the next day when it had dropped back down , I had to sign my self out and get Dr to write me a prescription for antibiotics, who is administration to decide who is inpatient or can be treated at home when drs are the ones admitting people because they need iv antibiotics

Everyone was wonderful to me. I don't think you could do anything any better than what you did. And I appreciate all that you did for me.

The wait time was very reasonable. Everyone was very nice , courteous. My only complaint was the office was supposed to call me back the next day with a referral to an orthopedic surgeon, but I still haven't gotten a call with that appointment.

Better instructions in where the appointment was held as I initially went to the wrong place (Hazard ARH hospital)

Nothing could have been better. Everything was great!!!

Better scheduling. My first appointment was rescheduled due to the provider being sick and it took nearly a month to get the test rescheduled.

Not a single thing. Everything was exceptionally great. Everyone was. kind and courteous, and was quickly to take me back on my appointment time. Wished other clinics were the same way.

The appointment I wrote down from phone call , on patient portal didn't match. I arrived to find out I had 2 wait 4hours to be seen. I also had two other scheduled appointments were made same time but 2 different days. Then noone asked about my blood thinners needing to be stopped, so my 2 part of test was reseduled.

I had a wonderful experience. I had my daughters with me and they are interested in the medical field. They are (redacted) in the bio-med program at (redacted). They asked him all kinds of questions and he answered all of them in ways they could understand. Dr Hammock is a wonderful doctor and a great person who went above and beyond that day. My kids loved him.

I was very well satisfied with this doctor, he also told me to have a surgeon that dose carpal tunnel only and that should make a difference with my nerve damage!!!

Provider was very knowledgeable.

I stood in the lobby alone for at least 10-15 minutes before someone made it to register me. Stated she was working the front and back.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/24/2023
A receptionist at a desk when I walked on instead of having to stand around for 10 minutes alone.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/22/2023
Very short wait time and especially nice staff
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/14/2023
The one thing he could have done better to improve my experience was to compare areas of study response to pain areas
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/10/2023
I think it's a great office but you can never get anyone to answer the front desk. You have to call the nurse line and wait for a call back.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/8/2023
Upgraded emr. The providers staff couldn't access my records and wasted a lot of time because Arh systems were down and they had to do everything on paper like the 80's. So that was ridiculous
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/2/2023
Yes, I went into the main lobby, went to the right to ask where he would be and they sent me to the wrong location. So I had to walk all the way back and it was very hard for me. If they had the right information, I wouldn't have to do all that walking. That's all
