1st. get automatic doors wheel chairs , walkers have a hard time getting into the building just to see a Dr. or nurse. 2nd when setting up an appointment through the hospital or elsewhere other that personally with the patient, check when patient normally comes in for a visit, thank you for listening to my non angry rant

It was perfect as is.

This was a rescheduled visit by the office. I guess Dr. V was out of town or unavailable on my original appointment date. I work full-time and it is not always easy to reschedule appointments. I know that people are humans and have to miss work on occasion, but I hate to have to reschedule appointments. In late fall, the office also rescheduled other appointments with Dr. V. So although I really like him, I want him to go to work every day LOL.

Very professional courtesy understanding my needs discussed my health issues very pleased with all the staff from front desk to the Doctor

There is nothing to be done!! I wish all my other Doctors offices where like this office is.

It is very unclear when you approach the windows at registration to know where to go. The workers are on the computer and don't look up or acknowledge the patients, making it an uncomfortable situation while waiting. You almost feel like you are bothering them sometimes.

I was totally unprepared for the kindness of all involved. Was a good experience. Would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

They were really good as far as everybody having hospitality and being kind and explaining things. But for me to be having ABCs and my heart rate getting up and stuff, there was no testing done at all. And the doctor told me he didn't recommend testing at this time, which I very well disagreed with. So now I've got to wait two months until I get tested. Because he said if I'm not doing better in two months, come back and he'll do some tests. I would rather did tests right then and figured out what was going on. But he did tell me to go and drink more water and stuff. I feel like that's not the issue that's going on. And even if it is, I would like to have the test just to have clarification and peace of mind.

Everything was great. No complaints.

It was a very positive visit in every aspect, the nurse even offered to help me to my car because it was pouring the rain and I'm non-ambulatory.

Can't think of anything else that you could have done any better.

Install a phone service that is patient friendly.

Nothing could have been better. Only problem was my previous cardiologist refuses to send my records to Dr. V's office.

I come to the doctor's office. They were really nice to me. He had a student physician in there with him. They were really nice and really helpful. The nurse (INAUDIBLE) and he was really attentive. That's all I got to say about it.

There's absolutely nothing that I'm concerned. They were exception, the resident, and the doctor. I love coming there to see the doctor. I wouldn't go anywhere else. How you let Lexington Cardiology, when my doctor retired 1/3 times in a row, and I'm grateful that you have him there. Thank you so very much.

Dr. V wanted me to have an echocardiogram. The office staff told me the hospital would call me with appointment information. It has been 3 days since my appointment and I still haven't heard anything regarding the echocardiogram.

You need to start answering your telephone. This is a serious problem. I could almost never get hold of anybody when I call your office.

He was the best doctor that I have been to in a long time. He listen to me, he took care of me, he answered my questions and I would recommend him to anybody that, and always, especially my family and I liked him very well. Thank you very much.

Nothing. I can't think of anything. I loved Dr V. I felt very comfortable with him being my cardiologist.
