Haley is located at the Tri Cities clinic usually only one day a week. While for now, I can plan and schedule ahead for needed prescriptions but if I get sick and need to see her, I might possibly have to wait nearly a week to see her.

Everyone that I had communication with at our Harlan ARH was very supportive and welcoming. My wait was short and I was well informed on what I needed to do to get help with my situation. Thanks HARH!

Everything was smooth and better than most clinics

Nothing at all with staff and treatment. From check in to check out topnotch care and service. The facility needs major attention, especially entrance after leaving main highway. This clinic is the best kept secret in Harlan county. Wonderful staff! I drive 35 minutes one way to go here when I could go maybe 1000 feet to the DBC.

This office has always been exceptional with myself and my family. They are always friendly, courteous, respectful, thorough and expedient! I have always been pleased with every visit with the Pennington gap office.

Okay, Haley was absolutely phenomenal. I take my child to her and now that I found out that she does adults too, I have asked her to go on as my primary care provider. And she's just wonderful. She's wonderful with children and adults and I would absolutely recommend her to anybody that will listen. She is amazing. And y'all need to keep her. You're raised in a week paid vacation and the promotion.

Have the staff at the Daniel Boone clinic in Harlan be as nice and as courteous as the staff at Tri-Cities when they answer the phones and schedule an appointment or allow you to talk to your nurse, I would much rather deal with nursing staff front office staff, then Harlan at the clinic

She was very knowledgeable, took time to listen an answer all questions. Took time to explain things so I could understand. She has a very good patient demeanor.

She was very thorough with me, asked me all the questions, asked me if I needed anything or to help me with any of the questions and she referred me to another doctor and most helpful.

Nothing, this was my first visit with Haley Overbay, to get established. She ask questions about my health history, took notes, was very personable and took time with me. My visit was not rushed at all, made me feel very comfortable. The staff were all wonderful as well.

Have an ARH pharmacy at the clinic, not an outsider independent pharmacy

She is one of the best, I wouldn't change anything about my experience I felt safe and comfortable around her I have recommended many of my family member's and friends
