​​My approach to patient care is centered on understanding the individual needs, goals, and circumstances of each patient. I believe effective healthcare goes beyond treating a diagnosis, it involves listening to patients, building meaningful relationships, providing education, and developing realistic, personalized plans that support long-term health and well-being. Through lifestyle medicine, I focus on prevention and sustainable changes in nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other daily habits that can positively impact overall health.
