When I arrived at 1:10 for my 1:15 appointment, there were already 10 people in line to be checked in and was not checked in until 15 minutes past my appointment time. This office was far too small for this many people to have been waiting in there. Many people had to stand and it's an orthopedic clinic.......

There really wasn't anything that could have been done any better.

I wasn't too excited about the receptionist. She made me wait 30 minutes before she checked me out and there was no one else in there but me.

The staff and doctor were extremely helpful

Call with an appointment reminder the day before or earlier. I almost forgot , a reminder would be great.

Did not get my medicine they never called it in I could find it at the pharmacy. Tryed to call them back could not get a answer

He didn't really listen to my explanation of the problems I was having. More or less put me off. No real feed back as to why I was having pain and suggested I purchase expensive shoes which I did and it didn't help.

Better knowledge of cutting toenails. He makes my toes and my friends toes bleed when he cuts the nails

I just thought that it was an absolutely amazing experience. (name redacted) is just an amazing nurse, she's always been amazing. And Dr. Clement amazing as well, very professional him and(name redacted). I mean, I couldn't ask for anything better. You couldn't improve on anything because it's outstanding and I truly thank you.

The wait time was less than 10 minutes and the wait time for the doctor to come into the room was very short as well. The doctor heard my concerns and suggested a course of action that I agreed with. Nothing about this experience could have been any better.

Well, he was good. I've been to him before, 2 times. This makes 3rd time, but I had been to him in 2 years, (redacted) he's a good doctor.

I really wouldn't change anything. Christopher Clement is a really good doctor and he made me comfortable. He talked with me he listened to me and he showed me he cared. I would recommend anyone to go see him for sure. My names (name redacted) I had an (redacted) and within minutes he helped me with a professional attitude and I like that.

I don't like having to sit and wait a long time before I see my doctor. If my appointment is at 10, I expect to be in there by at least 15 after 10, and that's my problem. Thank you.

He did my toenails without hurting me, he was very careful. The only thing I didn't understand was would my Medicare pay for it.

Waited 1 hour 10 min for a 5 min appointment. He stated mom had done a good job already taking care of the issue. Then left. Then said to do a follow-up but I don't see why that would be needed.
