As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with the ARH Behavioral Health team, I recognize that every individual’s mental health journey is deeply personal. I provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each person’s unique needs, supporting those navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders. Using talk therapy and individualized treatment plans, I help guide patients toward healing and long-term wellness.

As a proud member of the ARH Care Network, I can coordinate referrals to trusted providers—such as psychiatrists, medical doctors, or other specialists. This integrated system ensures patients receive seamless, continuous care. My experience includes working with survivors of mental, physical, and sexual abuse, as well as military personnel and first responders impacted by trauma. I’m honored to be part of a collaborative care team dedicated to restoring health and hope.
