They were remodeling but it didn't interfere with my visit. They could use another exam room, but I didn't have very long of a wait time.

I wasn't given normal day to day rx medication that I am prescribed on the first night and only a portion the next day. The air conditioning in the room didn't work and it was hot. The staff was good especially the nursing students and aides. Also the Dr was outstanding.

It took me 6 weeks just to get a follow-up appointment. I called and left a message many times and got no response. When I called the hospital's main number, I was given the call centers number to make an appointment. When I got to the office for my appointment, I asked how to get in touch with them when no one answers the phone or calls you back. I was told the voicemail was messed-up and she was unable to hear complete messages. She gave me another number to call that I know doesn't work either and gave me her cell phone number. I picked up a business card and it has the same number with the messed up voicemail. How does any office run with a phone system like this? Abandoning patients isn't funny!

I went for a test result review from a good while ago and this office didn't have the results. A waste of my time. This office should have followed up on the tests and had the results but I had to wait for over an hour to find that all was lost in the process. I cannot recommend this office to anyone if this is the best they can do.

They brought equipment out front at the front desk! The first one they gave to take home and didn't even record! I took it back and they called me a week later and said it didn't record! I took it back and they informed me they had a bad bunch of batteries and i took another one home and it wouldn't even come on! We put new batteries out of a new pack and it still wouldn't even come on! I still have no sleep study and four trips later!

You could have explained to the patient that it would have been a virtual visit instead of him being there in person. Could have got my MRI's prior to the visit instead of him asking me for them and he could have been easier to talk to should have had bed side manners.

I really had a great experience! Don't know of anything that they could do to make it better.

Dr was kind and considerate and seemed very knowledgeable but I wish he would have slowed down. He could have took a little more time

I wish that I had got him to wrote down the name of that condition or his diagnosis, because I can't remember it and I would like to have known. It was some kind of a syndrome or something there I wish, that I was. Okay. He does a good job, but I would like to know the name of his diagnosis, because I couldn't remember it.

The check in process was great, the nurse that did the triage great. She leades me to a room where I am in a telehealth video with a neurologist. I really feel like neurologist should probably be in person, he did not listen, he just picked off things. 0 Stars.

Unable to understand. Knew nothing about me. It was a follow up visit, and the dr didn't know me, my past, my situation, my medications, zero. Worthless visit.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/21/2023
Had to wait 2 month for the visit
