Be closer to your appointment time. I got there at 9 or 9:15, I didn't see a doctor until around 10:30. Thank you.

I had to wait for almost two hours past my scheduled appt. Time. It was crazy.

Nothing everything was fine

Provider actually cares about the patient so experience couldn't have been better.

After my x-ray the doctor was in my room maybe two minutes. Explained I had a very similar injury that needed surgery. Was not taken very seriously at all.

Have someone that will listen to what is going on with me and not just tell me that nothing is wrong with me when I know better. I will never go back to this office again because I am in a lot of pain and still have trouble walking for there not to be nothing wrong with my knee.

It's just so many people in the waiting room to be seen

Very well pleased with the service I got at my visit. Doctor was top notch person.

I was disappointed because I was sent there to my hands and my hips. My hips were never named. There was no x-rays done on my hips. I'm kind of thinking something would have been done that day. Injections maybe, but they were not. So I don't know if I'm, I don't know.

Nothing, wait time was fast. Doctors and nurses were wonderful!

Well one thing it was quit a bit past my appointment the front done good and most of the back did but the Doctor was like they where in a big hurry

Wait time would be my only complaint but I was so happy to get help I'm ok with that.

I waited 2 hours with an appointment to only see a PA for 45 seconds.

Not have to wait 3 hours and have someone how cares about the patients

Everything was a great experience and appreciate the medical coverage that I was provided . My Doctor was really good and I was well taken care of on my visit.

Well, ENOUGH SEATS WORK BE WONDERFUL I SET IN THE FLOOR FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF .... THE WAIT WAS FOUR FLIPPING HOURS . THERE WAS OLDER PEOPLE STANDING WITH PHYSICAL ISSUES A SEAT TO REST IN WOULD BE APPROPRIATE !!!?

The doctor was very professional. I don't think, that she could do anything any better. I look forward to going back and seeing her.

No improvement needed

Called me the same day with the information pertaining to my nerve conduction test in Paintsville. The person that checked me out said I would be called with my referral information. That was almost a week ago.

I didn't actually see the provider I expected to see. He probably would have said exactly what the provider I saw did however it is frustrating to be shifted off to a different person.

How to improve is just have time to spend more time with the patients. Thank you.

Hi, I really liked that we were able to do the x-ray right there in the office instead of having to make a separate appointment with another area of the hospital or whatever. And I really like that, she treated me that day and the only thing I would say that could be better, is that I did not receive it any information on the side effects of the treatment or how long, you know, to expect to the treatment to take effect. So I have to rely on friend who had had that type of treatment before I have a trigger some and I got a shot in my door and I didn't have any clue that it was going to take three days before my son started feeling a little better, and I had no idea that it was going to go numb right after this shot.

Ask me more about my injury . And explained more .

More seats in the waiting area.

Extremely long wait time which made the provider in a rush to keep things moving. So I was only able to ask about 1 out of 3 concerns.

All staff were excellent.
