As I have only had one visit, everyone was wonderful at this office. I really like Dr. Fairchild and looking forward to her being my fam Dr.

You have just a great bunch of people working there. They know what they're doing. They're accurate, and they get you in and out on time. They take care of you. They answer all questions, give you all kinds of courtesy of any kind that you need. They're very, very, very good at what they do there in Dr. Fairchild's office. Thank you for them.

Dr. Fairchild and her staff are always awesome. However I was referred to Dr. (name redacted) office during this visit and I've yet to receive any confirmation from his office about my future appointment.

I can't think of anything to improve the great quality of care.

Dr. Fairchild is a wonderful doctor. She has helped me more than my other doctor I've been to; and I'm 65! She listens and does what's best for me. I trust her completely with all my health concerns.

No improvement needed from my visit. I'm Very thankful for Dr Fairchild and her office staff, I wasn't feeling well and I didn't have an appointment but they managed to make time for me to be seen. They're all fantastic

I had an appointment for lab work but was told to come back in 6 months to do it instead and to come a few days before my appointment to have the labs done. That does not work well with my schedule. Never had to do that before so a little disappointed with that.

Nothing. I couldn't have had a better experience at a doctor's office

A clinic should be able and willing to address all none emergencies instead of just saying I don't do that. There are more problems than just blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol, and thyroid and if one has proven other medical problems don't let them out of the office without treatment. Not a fault in anyone just a thought one should be able to go to just one doctor unless a specialist is needed. This is not about money the insurance pays just patient care and time visiting another doctor to get a complete visit for general medicine. Truthfully, I can go to Pikeville Medical and receive the care and know ones that do but I wanted to help the community grow.

Nothing, Dr.Fairchilds office is always efficient, understanding and flexible to schedule appointments around what works best for the patient. She always listened intently and addresses all concerns or questions you have. I highly recommend her and this office staff.

First we had to wait 30 minutes. The nurse drawing blood did not ask birthday etc. just concerned that the vials of blood might get mixed up. No labels on vials!!

Dr. Fairchild was one of the very few doctors I've ever been to that listened to what I had to say, say, and explained to me my medical records, and test results. I would recommend her highly.

This provider was excellent in her knowledge and professionalism. She is just what I was looking for in my primary doctor. There is nothing I can think of to improve. It was excellent!
