The staff always is very professional

It has always been difficult when contacting or making appointment with this office. I am not sure the reason behind it. The staff once I am there is always very friendly and helpful and Brian Hunter is always amazing at understanding my needs and the problems that occur. He is always attentive and helpful. Just super hard contacting the front desk or making a appointment when some medical problems are needing to been address sooner rather then months n months later. I have sent friends and family to see the Doctors here. And they have had to go elsewhere because of the Scheduling. Which could be because of high demand or either lack of care from Front desk, when it's over the phone. Either way. It's just some thoughts I have on the issue. Other then that. I love seeing Brian and the staff. I always know I'm in good hands while I'm there.

This visit went great! If there was anything that could have been done to make this visit more convenient the only thing I can think of is that it would have been done through telehealth other than that the visit went great.

He was a fine hearted person and listened to me and went over stuff with me.

You have to make too many phone calls to get to talk to somebody to make an appointment or get in to see a doctor or a question. Just too ... too many phone calls to get connect up.

We parked outside and called in to register. We tested positive for Covid. Nobody answered the phone. Had to walk in office to register. The waiting room didn't look crowded and I feel like someone could have answered the phone.

Not one thing. Dr Brian Hunter does an amazing job. He explained everything and never seems to get in a rush with his patients. Would recommend him to anyone

The only problem I had was not with Brian at all. Brian is by far, my favorite doctor I've ever had. He's absolutely excellent. The only issue I actually had was getting in touch with his office to get an appointment made. I guess that's probably a staffing issue. Probably not enough people up there to answer the phones or just too many patients calling in. So yeah, the only....the only kind of issue that I would say you guys could possibly work on is maybe making it a little easier to, to, to get a call into the.... to the clinic. Thank you very much.

when he said he will call thing in ... I would like him to do it... that day... I liked it when dr. hunter walked around with his laptop for he get's everything done right there and then... but he not doing that ... so we have to call and ask for him to do it ... other then that he's a great dr... just need to do that one thing and I know people will be more happy again... thank you for giveing me this chance to say this ...
