Nothing everyone was very nice and I just think the WORLD OF DR PATNAIK!!

The visit was great. The staff and Dr. Patnaik were very professional. He was very informative. He knew what he was talking about, made some recommendations to me on diet and a couple of other things there, too. He was very helpful and very courteous and respectful, and I appreciate that very much. The only somewhat negative was about an hour wait time there, which is customary in doctor's offices, but that was the only issue I had. Everything else went great. Thank you.

When the office cancels an appointment the day before your scheduled appointment, they reschedule your next appointment in a reasonable amount of time not six weeks later.

My visits with this provider has always been a good experience. The doctor is very well educated into my medical needs and talks to me in depth in regard to those needs.

Well, I don't really, you know, whether I had any feedback, (redacted) She was very courteous and explained everything to me and listened to me. (redacted) because they treated me right. Dr. Patnaik, he's a good doctor. (redacted) is a nurse, (redacted) She's very nice. (redacted)

Time management is the number one thing. This is the second time I've had to wait almost an hour to get called back to the see the doctor. Maybe schedule appointments every 30 minutes instead of 15

I can't think of anything that could have improved this visit. Everything was as good as it could be.

The waiting time was a little bit longer than what I had expected. I think no one should wait over 30 to 35 minutes to see a physician. But other than that, everything was okay.
