No, Alisa took me in personally. Didn't have to go thru nurse! She's an asset to this community!

Still waiting on medication to be prior authorization and it's been almost a week.

The entire staff is wonderful. They treat their patient with respect and make you feel important. It is a family feeling. Wouldn't change anything

Getting my prescription to the pharmacy faster would've helped a lot. I'm not sure if it was the pharmacies mess up or the doctors office not able to get a hold of the Pharmacy. I was at the doctor by 830 but did not get my prescription filled until 130 that afternoon.

I've never had any problems with this bunch, always informative, courteous, and helpful. The nurse that took my blood was experienced, never felt the needle going in. No complaints here.

I don't think that I could find any better service or care than I do right here at the clinic with Alisa Ellison and with the nursing staff and the front desk. They've all been wonderful to me and have answered any questions that I have. I can't even think of any way that you could make it better. It's just they're a wonderful staff of people. Very, very pleased that I have them for myself and you should be also. Thank you very much.

The nurse was so attentive and caring. She listened and allowed me to ask questions. She was very courteous and pleasant.

Absolutely nothing! We moved here from Winston-Salem, NC and have never had a doctor who spends quality as well as quantity time with us. My opinion is that Dr. (redacted) has been the best doctor we have ever had. She is caring, compassionate and top notch.

Change nothing the staff is amazing, they make me feel comfortable and they really care about you.

I have been a patient for several years.I am 77 years of age and didn't see a dr for over 50 years.I had a serious problem and Alisa and the staff helped me get my health under control.I wouldn't go to anyone else for my primary healthcare.I honestly feel that along with God,they extended my life.(name redacted) also had a big influence with the care that he gave to my wife,before she passed away.

The human interaction is great very good staff, now the app needs to be worked other than that my experience with the Nurce practitioner Alisa Ellison was great, highly Recomended.
